Annual training and development activities are arranged for each position within our organization structure as a result of studies conducted considering the standards of regulatory bodies and professional requirements, in addition to the performance system. The requests and suggestions of our employees are also taken into account while preparing the training plans, and various trainings and career plans are made in order to rear executives and executive candidates.
Corporate and professional orientation, Occupational Health and Safety Trainings are given first to all our new employees who join us. These trainings are intended for the new employee to get to know our establishment more closely, be informed on our corporate policies and common practices, and receive certain basic trainings that would facilitate the process of adapting to the establishment.
